magnify360 is currently seeking an Account Manager.

The Account Manager is a member of magnify360's Client Success Team, the largest group in the organization and the team responsible for executing and managing client projects. The Account Manager is the single point of communication to magnify360 clients in the ecommerce, lead generation and paid search space, including interactive agencies, so a strong understanding of online marketing strategy and technology is a necessity.

The Account Manager reports into the Director Client Success and leads presales support activities, guides client launches and grows their accounts by demonstrating the value of the magnify360 Platform. The Account Manager is an expert in clients' websites, optimization strategies, campaign management and business models.

Responsibilities include daily account and client relationship management, assisting clients in expanding their use of the magnify360 Platform and providing training and insight into strategiies for campaign improvement. In addition to coordinating and providing project management for professional service requests, the Account Manager creates service orders and contract addendums and is held accountable for contract renewals and account growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience at a highly trafficked or high transaction online company or interactive agency
  • Knowledge of content management systems, multivariate testing systems, SEO/SEM, PPC, and Web analytics software
  • Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript and Web protocols
  • Availability for light to moderate travel
